AR Accountant with German
📌 Job location: Łubowo/ Fałkowo (Gniezno area)

As an AR Accountant you will join our client’s internal accounting team (Finance HUB located in Poland), taking a part in global projects and being responsible for Accounts Receivable field while using German language skills. As this not typical shared service role, you will have an opportunity to grow professionally in accounting field gaining broaden perspective and experience in various processes and becoming a business partner for the company internal team and external clients.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Accounts Receivable transactions and processing customer payments
• Posting receipts, bank receipts reconciliation
• Maintenance of Accounts Receivable process according to the deadlines
• Maintaining customer accounts, collecting payments
• Clarification of discrepancies, contact with clients
• Balance reconciliation
• Credit control
• Active participation in month end close related tasks and activities
• Close cooperation with regional controller and other team members
Requirements:
• Relevant work experience in accounting field – at least few months
• Experience from SSC, big organizations would be an asset
• Very good knowledge of German and English language (B2 level)
• Excel, accounting program skills (Oracle, ProAlpha skills would be an asset)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Open-minded attitude focused on broaden accounting perspective with business oriented approach and willingness to develop professionally
• Good work organization and ability to meet deadlines
• Degree in finance, accounting or related fields – would be an asset
