For our client, a leading manufacturer of aluminum profiles in Poland based in the Silesian province, we are looking for:

COUNTRY MANAGER
Czech Republic

The Country Manager will be responsible for running the company’s branch and business development in the Czech Republic.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation, implementation and control of sales strategy in the Czech market,
• Participating in the development of company’s sales policy, particularly in the assigned region,
• Developing and supervising appropriate pricing policy,
• Making decisions aimed at maximizing sales results on the Czech market,
• Managing and developing the team of people dedicated to developing the Czech market and responsible for executing the above strategies, policies and decisions,
• Supporting the team in conducting business negotiations and supervising the execution of commercial contracts,
• Conducting continuous analysis of the market and competition and responding to changes,
• Introducing organizational, technical, communication changes aimed at increasing sales efficiency in the assigned area,
• Exercising control of financial obligations of customers and cooperation with the financial and accounting division of the Company in this regard,
• Preparing reports of sales results.

EMPLOYER’S REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in a similar position in the aluminum systems market or similar technical industries,
• Very good knowledge of the Czech market and the country’s language,
• Knowledge of English and/or Polish at a communicative level,
• Very good communication and negotiation skills,
• Goals oriented, high business culture and team management skills,
• Analytical thinking, independence, ability to take an initiative, creativity and generate solutions,
• Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD), LiczOkno will be an asset,
• B driving license and readiness to travel frequently on business.
