For our client, a modern aluminum profile pressing plant in Poland, we are looking for:
EXPORT MANAGER
📌 Area: the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
📌 Mode of work: hybrid/mobile
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients
• Seeking new potential clients
• Analyzing the competitive environment
• Close cooperation with the internal customer service department regarding agreements made with clients
• Verification of quotation requests in terms of technical information necessary for assessing production capabilities
• Preparation of commercial offers and negotiations
• Creating plans and reports from customer visits
• Achieving annual sales budgets
• Monitoring customer receivables
• Collaboration with other departments within the company
EMPLOYER’S REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role in a manufacturing company in German-speaking markets, supported by successes
• Fluent German and English language skills required
• Knowledge of the aluminum industry (necessary)
• Ability to prepare and present commercial offers
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT)
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Ability to make quick decisions and work in a team
• Valid driver’s license category B
