FP&A Business Analyst

📌 Location – Warsaw (hybrid work model)

As a FP&A Business Analyst you will take a part in global projects performed mainly for Commercial or R&D department, playing essential role in delivery of financial information required to drive the business performance. As a financial modeling and analysis expert you will support business by providing financial guidance.

• Providing support to key business & investment decisions, coordinating data collection from a variety of sources and formats
• Support in preparation of financial planning, presentations and complex financial analysis
• Preparation of financial business analysis, reports, data analysis developing recommendations and solutions for the business
• Performing month-end close activities; analyze, interpret and communicate financial results in a timely manner
• Presentation of relevant data to the teams, providing insight of financial performance through accurate, timely and relevant reporting, consolidated reporting
• Performing detailed reviews of SG&A costs, headcount and staff related costs while advising on resource optimization
• Close cooperation with the company business stakeholders and Business Partners
• Close cooperation with the local market and other finance entities to deliver the month end close processes, ensuring that the market specific information is reflected in the financial statements
• Provide insight of financial performance through accurate, timely and relevant reporting, consolidated reporting

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) including month-end-closing experience
• Experience with accurately collecting, organizing, and analyzing data sets
• Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategies
• Degree in finance, accounting or related fields
• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
• Data reporting and presentation skills – experience in using multiple systems (incl. SAP, Excel, PowerPoint)
• VBA practical knowledge- would be an asset
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills – ability to cooperate with people from various organization levels including Management team
• Analytical, logical and agile mind with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Willingness to develop professional path in international global environment
