Responsibilities:
-Developing and delivering medical marketing strategies by working with the marketing and sales team,
-Organizing the work and managing a team of Medical Representatives – setting tasks and goals (setting and measuring KPIs),
-Supporting the team in achieving goals and coaching medical representatives to improve performance
-Managing management activities and building relationships with key industry and professional stakeholders (including participation in conferences),
-Effectively managing educational and promotional communication addressed to health care workers,
-Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with business partners and responding to their needs,
-Constant monitoring of the implementation of the entrusted promotional and operational budget,
-Tracking market trends, analyzing competition and adapting activities to changing market conditions.
Requirements:
-Knowledge of spoken and written English at B2/C1 level (a necessary condition due to contact with Managers from other countries),
-Experience in a managerial position in the medical industry – a necessary condition,
-Higher education,
-Independence in organizing work and openness to delegations in Poland to support medical representatives,
-Ability to manage experienced medical representatives – work based on trust but also required Ability to enforce results,
-Highly developed analytical skills – experience in creating reports for the management board (very good knowledge of Excel required)
-Experience in working with the medical community,
-The ability to build authority.
