For our international client we are looking for:

DELIVERY DIRECTOR

📌Location: Poland
📌Way of working: work from home + business trips

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Client Engagement: Be the primary contact and ensuring smooth delivery;
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with offshore and nearshore teams to hit client goals;
•Delivery Excellence: Manage delivery processes to create a predictable, surprise-free environment;
•Transformation Leadership: Foster a transformation culture within client organizations;
•Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a clear transformation plan for each client;
•Innovation Champion: Stay current with market trends and bring the best technology to the table;
Creative Strategist: Think outside the box to chart the future of delivery;
•Growth Driver: Collaborate with client teams to enhance portfolio growth;
Leadership Presence: Exhibit strong leadership in client engagements;
•Team Development: Nurture leadership talent within the team for sustainable success;
•Performance Culture: Create a culture that rewards performance and swiftly addresses underperformance;
•Financial Stewardship: Drive margin improvements with technologies like RPA and machine learning;
•Client Innovator: Develop leaders who innovate and boost client competitiveness;
•Satisfaction Framework: Implement a client satisfaction framework to ensure continuous improvement;
•Renewal Strategist: Develop proactive account renewal strategies with client teams;
•Contract Management: Manage contracts with a deep understanding of various pricing models and risk elements.

EMPLOYER REQUIREMENTS:
•Experience: 14-20 years in BPO/SSC;
•Leadership: Proven experience in managing large client deliveries or portfolios;
•Transformation: Led major transformation programs, including technology updates with RPA and machine learning;
•Global Mindset: Leadership experience in multicultural, global or regional settings;
•Influence: Ability to influence senior business leaders across different functions;
•Communication: Strong skills in relationship building, communication, and influencing;
•Innovation: Ability to tackle challenges creatively and achieve outcomes with limited direction;
•Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness and project management skills;
•Change Management: Solid experience in managing change;
•Expertise in solution design, transition management, and Six Sigma methodologies.
