We are looking for our client a Technical Sale Specialist for expanding Inverter and Energy Storage Business.

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze the technical demand/product function/license of Baltic market and development trend of solar inverter and energy storage market in Baltic,
– Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge,
– Analysis of the competitors’ strategy/operation in Baltic,
– Customer technical support and sales development in order to select appropriate technical solutions for the B2B customer,
– Support the Account Managers in articulating the business mainly in the technical area,
– Support the local eco-system e.g. distributors, partners and important customer workshops as a solution expert.

Requirements:
– At least 3 years working experience in solar PV industry or in similar industry,
– More than 2 years for Technical Sales to directly take care of customers and projects,
– Fluent in English and at least one type of Baltic language is a must,
– Possibility of legal employment in the Baltic country without the need for a work permit,
– High education degree, majoring in power electronics, automation, etc.,
– Has successful and rich experience to deal with complex organizations and projects with good system and product understanding,
– Have very strong technology understanding of solar inverter products and PV systems,
– Ability to travel- we will adapt the work area to the office in which you work and occasionally be ready to travel, e.g. to Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia
– AC/DC Power Conversion and Control experience
– Good communication skills, teamwork spirit; able to work under pressure, good executor, good learning ability
